Role description:
Supervises, motivates and coaches the Team managers and their activity. Monitors dealers general performance and addresses any issues with their Team manager. Enforces Company rules and facility policies. Plans, develops, and recommends implementation of strategies for improvement of the operations. Identifies individual and team development needs and assists the team managers in improving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations in a designated area, ensuring optimal performance while overseeing and guiding dedicated Team Managers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies focused on process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, cultivating a culture centered on collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Strategically plan and oversee projects ensuring their successful execution and alignment with the company's objectives.
- Ensure and uphold high-quality standards throughout teams, processes, and projects to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Evaluate and analyze performance using measurable metrics and KPIs, while applying data analysis techniques to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate extensively with various departments, ensuring alignment and synchronization of efforts to achieve business objectives.
- Uphold and promote a culture of operational efficiency, compliance, and adaptability, advocating the organization's objectives throughout all operational processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience related to the requirements of the role.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing diverse high-performing teams.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is advantageous, but not mandatory.
